Aroma : On the nose it is subtle and elegant. It presents notes of red and citrus fruits, and a floral component of rose and violet.
Tasting : In the mouth it is fresh and creamy, with a very balanced acidity and a persistent finish. Ideal to consume as an aperitif by the glass or with any type of starter or tapas. It is also an excellent option to accompany pasta dishes, rice dishes, vegetables or white meats.
Young, aromatic and fresh rosé wine and manually harvested. Rosé wine made by the traditional method of bleeding. After a maceration that ranges from 4 to 12 hours, its characteristic pink color is achieved. Static racking and low-temperature fermentation to preserve the complexity of grape variety.
