Aroma : Complex aromas of ripe fruit and spices in perfect balance with the toasted oak. Broad and voluminous while being delicate and silky, with lots of nuances and a long finish. Ample and full-bodied yet delicate and silky.
Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif with Iberian ham, nuts and to accompany soft and creamy cheeses, smoked fish / salmon, trout, anchovies, white meat (turkey, chicken), pasta or any dishes with sauces containing butter and cream.
